SuperFundo is a public yet moderated website, which means that not all users can submit content. All content is therefore submitted and managed by experienced moderators from around the world. This process is not dictated by website admins. You may register if you wish, but registering is not required to access our torrent files or forum - it merely allows you to become part of our community and get more involved, especially on our forum. If you'd like to become more involved at SuperFundo, please register and participate on our forum often, and from there you may try to get more involved in other aspects of SuperFundo by contacting forum moderators.

What is your upload/copyright infringement policy?

Our torrents are uploaded and managed by dozens of moderators around the world. SuperFundo admins do not control or dictate this process. Additionally, the torrent files hosted on our servers are meta-data files that do not contain any media content, and are not associated with copyrights in any way. SuperFundo does not condone or encourage copyright infringement or the unauthorized distribution of copyrighted materials. If you believe that any content or actions within the SuperFundo website or related community have infringed upon your copyrighted material, please contact us and let us know as outlined by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and we will work with copyright holders to remove content that can be proven to facilitate copyright infringement of specific works.

Why do you guys only have DVDRip movie torrents?

We were tired of the chaotic way movie torrents were being presented on the internet and wanted to do something about it. We also believe that in most cases, sharing DVDRip movie torrents with online neighbors is justifiable legally. Furthermore, we believe that sharing certain movie torrents is beneficial to the movie industry as an overall entity by providing free international publicity for many production companies. Overall, it keeps our community cleaner, more reliable, and more respectable.

What are Ripper torrents?

Most of the Rippers on SuperFundo follow strict audio and video release standards, and release movie torrents on a regular basis. They are NOT part of the Scene, and often recode or re-release various Scene releases. They are part of the quickly developing Post-Scene movement of "recoders" or "re-rippers." "Post-Scene" is the term used by SuFu to refer to the quickly growing movement of indie DVD rippers that release regular DVDRips according to their own standards and protocols. They are not part of the traditional Scene. The Scene will always be the most reliable source for movie torrents, but Ripper torrents are a bit more user-friendly for many users. Please visit our forum to suggest one of your favorite Rippers, or to learn more about how they differ from the Scene.

What are Scene torrents?

These are very popular movie torrents, coming from many different "release groups" that follow strict audio and video release standards. Scene movie torrents consist of many different types of movie torrents, not limited to DVDRips, such as Cams, R5, Telesyncs, DVD Screeners, etc. Many groups only release high resolution movie torrents that might take longer to download and often consist of a bunch of zipped files - but this helps maintain a very high quality release. What if I see copyrighted material on the website?

We do not host any copyrighted material on our servers. Torrent (metadata) files do not contain data that may be copyrighted in any way.
